- Country Manager & Corporate Strategy Manager
We are looking for an ideal candidate to fill in this position in our Tanzania Office
As part of the Corporate Strategy Team, you will provide analytic expertise to assist in the development of their corporate/business strategies, participate in strategic studies, drive key business initiatives and develop management communications that are critical to the continuous growth of the company. Playing a key role in driving the company’s organizational alignment, engagement and performance management, you are required to collaborate with colleagues across the organization to seek answers to core strategic issues and facilitate the development of our organizational capabilities and intangible assets.
Responsibilities:
- Support the development and review of the company’s business strategies, in conjunction with the various departments and business units, identify issues, form hypotheses, perform analysis, make recommendations and help to implement changes within the organization
- Spearhead designing, executing, and occasionally facilitating strategy-related workshops and training
- Assist in designing, cascading and tracking the corporate balanced scorecard via our Key Performance Indicators, as well as support business performance reviews
- Create and implement change management plans that maximize planner and balanced scorecard community engagement
- Perform selected strategic cross-functional studies/initiatives on the company operations, which will support the development and execution of the company’s incountry strategies
- Contribute to the design and preparation of material to support the communication of strategies to both internal and external audiences to achieve commitment
- Establish and maintain strategy-related and change-related tools, information and processes
Requirements:-
- At least 5 years of practical experience in one or more of the following professional areas: data recovery, Business Management ; business planning and analysis; strategy formulation; workshop facilitation; financial statement analysis; change management; and/or business process improvement egree in Business, Engineering or Science from a reputable University; an MBA is an advantage
Excellent strategic thinking, interpersonal and influencing skills, coupled with outstanding learning and analytical abilities to manage internal/external customers, especially the senior management
- An effective team player who is self-driven and able to work independently within a fast paced environment, and able to manage ambiguity
- Able to play an influencing and engaging role across all functions and team members
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint applications

- Chief Accountant
We seeks to appoint a suitable candidate for the above mentioned position.
Minimum requirements:
Bachelors degree in Accounting (or any degree with finance option) and/or CPA K
At least three (3) years of relevant accounting experience.
Computer literacy and the ability to apply accounting principles.
Working knowledge of computerized accounting software's like sage, quick books, pastel, tally
Total Computer proficient.
Good communications and interpersonal skills.
Incumbent will be responsible for but not limited to:
Preparation and processing of various journal entries related to general accounting.
- Review Cashbooks and cashbook reconciliations weekly.
- Compile and review subsidiary ledgers and financial statements.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly analysis package to accompany the financial statements/reports.
- Assist in the preparation of year-end schedules for Corporate Income Tax Returns and Annual Audit.
- Reconcile and review all General ledger reconciliations.
- Assist in the development, implementation and maintenance of accounting systems and controls in conjunction with the Financial Manager.
- Assist in the preparation of the annual budgets
- Perform special projects as directed by the Financial Manager.
- Review standard costing and variances on a monthly basis.

All digital forensic examinations are performed in a state-of-the-art Data recovery forensic laboratory outfitted with the latest hardware and software required to perform high quality digital forensic examinations and data Recovery functions.
Qualifications:
- Proven Knowledge and know how of data recovery

- Ability to reconstruct disks in a clean room environment
- Knowledge in PCB Repair
- MBR Repair knowledge
